Why on Earth are We Here For?

Why on earth are we here for?

We know, we believe, God created us to glorify Him. We were created for a purpose, and that is to give Him glory. 

How do we do it? How do we make our God glorified? By doing everything that will make Him happy. By obeying Him. By telling others about Jesus - His forgiveness, love, and faithfulness to us all. 

But there are times we fall into the trap of the enemy, that we commit sin. Sinning is a struggle we don't want to do but at times we can't help but do it anyway. When we commit and continue doing sin, we are not glorifying God, we are disobeying Him. This hurts Him the most. 

John 10:10 says "The Thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy; I (Jesus) have come that they may have life, and have it to the full."

We should not let the enemy have a control over us, our life. Acknowledge our sins before the Lord and ask for His forgiveness. He is faithful to forgive and save us. We were sinners saved by His amazing grace. 

Come to Jesus. 

We Live by Faith; We are Called to Serve

Isaiah 43:7 says, "everyone who is called by my name, whom I created for my glory, whom I formed and made.”

We live by faith that God created us for His glory. God in His loving-kindness, wants us to be around Him, to make Him happy. 

One of the ways to make God happy is to serve Him.

Ephesians 2:10 explains "For we are God’s handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do."

What good we do is a way of serving our God. We are called to be faithful and serve our Lord Most High.
